Please Review Our Visitation/Tour Guidelines Before Reserving Your Tour Below

If you are interested in visiting us, please read our guidelines and then submit a tour request  below to book a date.

  • Tours are  approximately  one hour long

  • Tour days are Saturday at 3:00pm and Sunday at 11:30am

  • Tours are by appointment only and take place outside, weather permitting, and can be cancelled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control

  • Guests are encouraged to wear closed toe shoes, and clothing you do not mind getting a little dirty. The tour is outside so please dress appropriately for the weather.

  • Children are allowed to visit under strict adult/parent/guardian supervision. Please let us know how many children are in your group at the time of booking.

  • Unfortunately, we do not allow outside dogs/pets.

  • We offer free visits to our sponsors, donors and volunteers’ close family.

  • We do not charge a set admission, but donations are appreciated and 100% of the funds go towards Dominifarm’s operating costs.

  • As we schedule our daily tasks and feedings around these tours, we will be unable to accommodate guests who arrive late. If you need to cancel, please email us 24 hours in advance.

  • All guests must sign a liability form prior to entry to the Sanctuary

  • Please do not feed anything to the animals without getting approval from your guide

Sanctuary Tour Reservation Request

  • TOURS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!

    All tours, including private tours, must be scheduled in advance since they are guided by a Dominifarm representative.

    GENERAL ADMISSION FEES:

    Due to continuous price increases of animal feed and sanctuary maintenance, we need to charge a fee of $12.50 for adults and $9.50 for children under the age of 13. Children under 3 are free.

    ALL GROUP TOURS have to be booked at least two weeks in advance. Group tours last for 45 minutes.

    The fee for groups over 30 people is $7.50 per visitor. 

    There is a minimum fee of $75 for School Tours. We have a large demand for school tours and will only accomodate school groups of 10 participants and more. Fee for each additional student, and teacher is $7.50. A head count has to be provided ahead of time, and all mandatory liability forms are required before the tour.

    All Fees are payable in advanceDue to the large demand for group tours, there's a $25 nonrefundable cancellation fee for any group.

    GENERAL TOURS are only on select Saturdays at 3:00pm and select Sundays at 11:30am. General tours last for 60 minutes.

    PRIVATE TOUR of Dominifarm costs $200 and last for about 90 minutes. Private tours accomodate 8 people maximum. Private tours can be scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays by prior arrangements.

    Please note, THIS IS A REQUEST! We will do our best to fit you in the day/time of your request but it is not guaranteed. Please do not submit any payment until you receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours.

    Payment can be made through Dominifarm Venmo or Dominifarm Paypal after you receive confirmation, and is only valid for the date and time listed on the confirmation. Proof of payment will be requested at the time of admission. 

    Guests will receive a full refund if they provide notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled tour. Guests will also receive a full refund in case of cancellation due to weather or other unforseen circumstances. contact us ar dominifarmsanctuary@gmail.com to inquire about a cancellation. Guests who do not arrive on the day of their tour will be charged the full price.

    Cancellation for group tours must be made at least 48 hours in advance. *There's a $25 nonrefundable deposit for group tours.

    Before your arrival, each guest must sign the liablity waiver included in your confirmation email. If booking for others, remember to share the waiver with everybody in your party.

    Tours start promptly at the designated times. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled tour start time may be asked to reschedule.

    Please dress for the weather. Check the weather prior to your visit and dress accordingly. We recommend bringing extra layers and wearing boots/shoes that you don't mind getting dirty.

    ACCESSIBILITY

    The sanctuary is about 3 acres and includes hardened surfaces, as well as rocky, grassy, and/or uneven terrains.The path may be slippery or dusty depending on the season. For guests safety, wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers cannot enter any of our animal yards.

    Dominifarm does not discriminate against sanctuary visitors on the basis of a person disability we will try to accomodate all of our guests to the best of our abilities, but safety will always come first.

    For the safety and well-being of you, your pets, other visitors, and the sanctuary animals, personal animals are NOT allowed on the Dominifarm premises. No animals may be left unattended in a vehicle at anytime.

    Smoking is prohibited on the sanctuary property.

    We kindly remind our visitors that our mission is dedicated to the well-being of our rescued animals. Visitors are welcomed guests, but should never forget that Dominifarm is the animals' sanctuary.

    Our nonprofit organization is solely run by volunteers and functions with donations only. We don't get any government funding and are relying on your generosity to exist. All proceeds of the tours go straight to feed the animals.
